Nanocoating with PlasmaPlus® for long-term stable paint adhesion.

PlasmaPlus® from Plasmatreat is a special process for depositing nanolayers on the surface to create functionalized surfaces with defined properties. Depending on the application, specific additives are added to the plasma through nozzle heads specially developed for PlasmaPlus® applications. The additives are excited by the plasma and their reactivity is significantly increased. As a result, the substances are able to attach themselves to the surface of the material during the plasma coating process. The result is a nanolayer with functional surface properties that can be individually adapted to the process, such as an adhesion promoter layer for paints or adhesives. Applied inline during the production process, the component can then be processed directly.
