To meet the growing pressure on paint shops, AEM August Elektrotechnik GmbH and Paintnology GmbH have pooled their expertise in the fields of automation technology and paint shop expertise. Our joint CO2 reporting tool based on the LogiQ platform enables plant operators to determine the CO2 footprint of the plant and the painted products in real time. On the one hand, this makes it possible to fulfil information obligations within the supply chain. On the other hand, operators can identify key areas for optimization within their plant. In the subsequent development of measures, the operator is not left to his own devices, as the plant has already stored numerous potential optimisation measures and can evaluate these based on the actual consumption values. This allows the plant operator to select the most promising measures and develop an effective CO2 reduction plan.
