The Q-Filter® Active Vacuum Belt Filter is the solution for filtering aqueous cleaners and valuable media such as cooling emulsions. The Q-Filter® is a fully automatic active vacuum system and works with a negative pressure of up to 200 mbar, which ensures optimal performance and optimal use of filter cloth.

Due to the intelligent control, you remove more dirt with less filter cloth, which makes the system very efficient. It makes filtration possible down to 5 µm (even down to 1 µm with Pre-Coat Filtration) with an output of 15-30 m3/h.
